3 things I felt after I started meditating . Dr. Aniket Banvi

One of the essential technique to be learned and to be thought in the world .

I remember the very first time doing yoga in the year 2006 in my boarding school and it took me 14 years to understand what meditation could do to me , as one of the meaning of “yoga” is UNION at the right time , well metaphorically or philosophical saying

“We realise things at the right point of time when we are supposed to realise!”

When I started doing meditation 3 things I felt are.

  1. It's just like taking bath all the dirt is washed away or cleaning the mind which filled with cloud or the clutter,The feeling was like someone put there hand in head & cleaned it, I experienced something like that when I learned sound healing therapy as well.
  2. Meditation is like food you feed to your mind which craves again and again once you start doing it and I feel guilty if I fail to doing it.
  3. Meditation is fuel which recharges our body as we drain it throughout the day & I feel the battery getting drained by the evening.

All this is what I experience personally as the experience are subjective to one another you experience might differ from mine.
